The NTG policy around password expiry after 30 days and the password’s length and complexity have been implemented as a risk management approach to balancing the NTG’s responsibility to protect the security and integrity of ILIS information holdings with a legitimate need to provide external access to ILIS business processes.
In recognition that some ILIS users login infrequently, a self-service password recovery function is available and a password can be reactivated by calling ILIS Support on 08 8995 5309 during NTG Darwin office hours (8am-4pm Mon-Fri).
